Pre-Validate your Product Data

You want to check your product data for correctness according to the current DQ standard before publishing this data?
As a data supplier, you have different options for this, differentiated according to the way you make the product data available:

As a WebUI customer, you benefit from the DRIFT approach and already see the result of the validations when entering the data, including the error message.
As an M2M (or IM) data supplier you can have the data checked via the web service of 1WorldSync or you can publish new GTINs in advance to the GLN of the "DQG Prevalidation" Approval.

New GLN Reports for suppliers

We have extensively revised the GLN reports for data suppliers. With the new layout, we will successively introduce new functionalities and evaluations by mid-September 2018. In addition to introducing a new management dashboard, we have improved readability and will provide you with a historical view of your data quality evolution in the future, using attribute groups to show you where your greatest need for correction is thematically organized.

Optimization of the DQG support process

We have optimized our support process and made a change and expansion of the ticket system. To ensure the goal of fast and efficient support, we had to change the emailaddress of the GLN report.

What does that mean for you as a participant of the DQG?

In order to place a support request, you will no longer be able to respond to the e-mail with which you receive the GLN report from us. For a request, please use the central hotline e-mail address dqg@smartdataone.de. Your message is automatically processed by the ticket system and submitted to one of our Service Manager data quality for processing.

For optimal support support please always give us your GLN, the facts, one or more GTIN and add a screenshot or your GLN report if necessary. You will then receive an acknowledgment of receipt with a ticket number as well as a link to a tracking page, where you can follow the ticket history at any time in chronological order, without having to search through your emails.

For this reason, please do not change the subject of the confirmation of receipt or the e-mails from our ticket system. The tracking number, for example [#123] [d0b60b], allows you to assign the e-mail history to your request. In particular, please check at the beginning whether our news from the ticket system has been stored in your SPAM folder.

We are pleased to be able to offer you an even more efficient and transparent service with these measures!
