Why don’t I find all my items in the error report again; is only a part of the GTINs checked?

The report contains the validation results of the automatic checks of all items from your active assortment received from the DQG. Product data, imported into the DQG under your GLN at the time the report was created, is active. All data that is published publicly in the GDSN for the German target market or published directly to the GLN (4057573000001) of the DQG (e.g. non-public items) are imported into the DQG. If you miss items in the GLN report, we recommend that you check the individual items with the entire item hierarchy using your access to atrify and thus determining whether any error messages are present in the data pool (e.g. CIC Reviews) which prevent a publication of the item.

Do I have to give you feedback if I have corrected the errors?

A feedback on corrected errors from your error report is not necessary.

What do I do if I suspect an error in a validation rule?

The Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN) is an international compilation of basic data pools. Nearly 25.000 industry and trade companies are connected to these certified data pools worldwide to exchange product data with a certified quality.
